I stopped receiving knowledge in the app. What should I do?

We may be updating them right now and since you're an early user, we're behind schedule. Try waiting a couple of days and they'll appear again.

I didn't have time to complete my lesson for the day. What now?

No problem! You can always do the task later or not do it at all if you don't like it. You won't lose your progress, and the app won't blame you for it.

I want to delete all my data from the app. How do I do this?

Go to the "Today" screen in the app. Then click "Settings" in the upper left corner. You are on the settings screen, find the "Delete all my data” item there and that's it, the data is deleted.

How to change the amount of exercise per day?

Go to the “Today screen and then go to the settings by clicking the corresponding button in the upper left corner. On the settings screen, you can edit the frequency of classes.
